READING, PA-Boston-based STAG Industrial has bought PremiumBusiness Center, a 400,414-square-foot industrial complex at171-173 Tuckerton Road in Berks County, for just over $17 million,or $43 per square foot. The Muhlenberg building is fully occupiedby Packaging Corp. of America, FiberMark and Termaco USA.
The seller was a partnership that includes Thackeray Partners,Brasler Properties and Endurance Real Estate Group. CBRE Inc.'sBrad Ruppel, Michael Hines, Michael Blunt and Paul Touheyorchestrated the transaction. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
