CHICAGO-St. Louis-based Bianco Properties has boughtMetropolitan Place Retail Shops at 130 S. Canal St. in Chicago'sWest Loop for an undisclosed price. The company purchased the21,000-square-foot lower-level retail space in Metropolitan Place,a downtown residential building.
The seller was Syndicated Equities. Metropolitan Place RetailShops is leased to eight tenants, including FedEx, Jimmy John's,CVS, H&R Block and Starbucks.
