MEMPHIS-San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has sold a largeindustrial portfolio comprising 10 distribution centers, whichtotal 2 million square feet of space in Memphis, for $40 million.The sale of Memphis properties was part of a larger deal wherePrologis sold 2.7 million square feet of industrial space toPennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group for $80 million.
