MAPLE GROVE, MN-A Maple Grove hotel, which was foreclosed in2010 by a group of lenders, has changed hands. TMI Hospitality haspaid $7.1 million for Cambria Suites, a 129-room hotel at 9655 N.Grove Circle.
The Fargo, North Dakota-based company has signed a franchiseagreement with Choice Hotels International Inc. to keep onoperating the hotel, situated between Maple Grove Hospital andInterstate 94, as Cambria Suites.
