DENVER-Johnson Capital of Colorado has enteredinto an agreement to sell the portion of the company’s servicingportfolio owned by the Denver office to CBRE GroupInc. With the Denver office now 100% controlled bySouthern California-based Johnson Capital and its CEO GuyJohnson, the company has “additional flexibility to pursuegrowth strategies in its core business area, arranging commercialreal estate financing for a wide variety of property types,”according to a prepared statement.
Guy Johnson tells GlobeSt.com that "CBRE was a natural fit," andpoints out that he cannot share any price point at this time. Interms of timing, he says "This was the right move at the righttime."
