FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Stiles Realty on Mondayannounced Paul Marko as president. The industryveteran steps in for Tom Kates, who is retiringafter 27 years directing the division’s market expansion inFlorida.

As Stiles see it, the team will be better positioned to takeadvantage of new market opportunities with Marko on board. Beforejoining Stiles, Marko served for 12 years as first vice presidentof CBRE. He also served for six years withCodina Group in a similar capacity.
