AUSTIN, TX-Data center developer Digital Realty Trust Inc. hasacquired a 62,237-square-foot data center in Austin. The SanFrancisco-based company bought the fully-leased property onInterstate 35 for an amount of $12.5 million.
The facility is located at 8025 North Interstate 35 on the northside of Austin. It is 100% leased on a triple net, long term basis.Digital Realty did not disclose the identity of the tenant. Forthe full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
