NEW YORK CITY-Zeil Feldman's HFZ Capital has closed on theacquisition of the office structure at 11 Beach St. in Tribeca. The10-story L-shaped office building, which also has 30-32 Varick St.as its address, overlooks St. John's Lane.

The Art Institute of New York primarily occupies the125,000-square-foot building. HFZ Capital is planning to renovatethe building into loft-style apartments. Leonard Kahn and PrinceRealty Advisors sold the Tribeca property. For the full story,go to New York Post .
