JACKSONVILLE, FL-Publix Supermarkets Inc. has acquired ReedyBranch Commons, a 75,900-square-foot retail center at 10920Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, for $11.7 million. The shoppingcenter was sold by BlackRock Inc.
Publix owns Deerwood Village, Middle Beach Commons, Publix atArlington River and Oakleaf Plantation Center in the Jacksonvillearea. Reedy Branch Commons is 96% occupied.
