SILVER SPRING, MD-Citybizlist.com reported that the GoldstarGroup and Finmarc Management have purchased 11800 Tech Road inSilver Spring. The flex office building, which measuresapproximately 250,000 square feet, is situated in Silver Spring'sNorth Silver Spring/Route 29 submarket.
The building is 83% leased to tenants including Comcast, HolyCross Hospital and the General Services Administration. TheGoldstar Group and Finmarc Management paid $21.3 million for theproperty. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
