PHOENIX-Prologis, a San Francisco-based real estate investmenttrust, has paid $6.2 million for the old Plastican Inc. warehousefacility in west Phoenix. The 106,000-square-foot warehouse, whichsits on 21.5 acres of land near Buckeye Road and 43rd Avenue, wassold by a Plastican Inc. entity, Plastican Phoenix PropertiesLLC.
