LAUREL, MD-A limited liability corporation affiliated withIntelligent Decisions, an Ashburn, Virginia-based governmentcontractor, has paid $4.1 million, or about $100 per square footfor a 41,000-square-foot office building in Laurel. The property,located at 6100 Chevy Chase Drive, was previously owned byBergmann's Inc.

Intelligent Decisions has plans to take 20,000 square feet ofspace in the building. In the deal, the buyer was represented byChuck Breitenother from NAI KLNB and the seller was represented byJoe Billow from the Billow Co. For the full story, go toBaltimore Business Journal .
