RAINBOW CITY, AL-An ownership group based in Birmingham hasrecently purchased two apartment complexes in Rainbow City. Twolimited liability companies acquired the 148-unit Spring Lake Lodgeand the 108-unit Sutton Bridge earlier this month.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The buyers' companies,Spring Lake Investors LLC and Sutton Bridge Partners LLC, are ownedby a group of investors from Birmingham.
