GLASGOW, UK-A fund operated by Scottish Widows InvestmentPartnership has acquired the freehold of 78-92 Argyle Street fromRedevco UK. The Glasgow property changed hands for GBP14,180,000.
The property is leased to Footlocker, Carphone Warehouse andSantander. It was sold following recent lease deals signed withFootlocker and Carphone Warehouse.
