Los Robles Ave. inPasadena, was seeking a space that fostered employee collaborationand highlighted their brand, with an April 2011 move date.
Jones Lang LaSalle managing director John McAniff, senior vicepresident Christina Noonan and vice president Jason Finerepresented the tenant in its search for what would be thecompany’s new 30,884-square-foot headquarters at Wells REIT FundII’s 3475 E. Foothill Blvd.
