ST. LOUIS-Lodging Hospitality Management Inc. has paid $33million for Westport Plaza located at Page Avenue and Interstate270. The company purchased the mixed-use development fromInterContinental Hotels Group, based in Philadelphia.
LHM already owns the two hotels, the Sheraton Westport LakesideChalet and Sheraton Westport Hotel Plaza, at the center. WestportPlaza comprises over 200,000 square feet of retail, entertainmentand restaurant space; over 500,000 square feet of office space; and18,000 square feet of conference rooms.
