CHANDLER, AZ-An investment firm based in Scottsdale is seekingnew tenants for its 164,000-square-foot warehouse in Chandler.Globe Corporation purchased the warehouse facility, situated in theWestech Corporate Center between Warner and Elliott, for $7.6million from Tacoma, Washington-based Milgard Manufacturing.
