ATLANTA—Cousins Properties has sold Galleria75, an office complex in the Cumberland-Galleria submarket ofAtlanta. Baker Bennard & Goetz, along with aprivate family investor, purchased the asset.

The dollar amount of the transaction, a tax-deferred exchangeunder U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 1031, was not disclosed.Cousins acquired the asset in 2004 for $11.4 million fromKoll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors.

A teamled by Deming Fish, senior vice president anddirector of Colliers’ Atlanta Landlord Services Group, will handleleasing at Galleria 75. Baker Dennard & Goetz will manage theproperty.
