HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA-Essex Property Trust has purchased "TheHuntington" apartment complex situated beside the Bella Terra mallin Surf City for $48.25 million. The low-rise building, situated onEdinger Avenue, comprises 276 units.
The Palo Alto-based apartment investment firm paid $179,000 perunit for the complex. Amenities in the complex include lightedtennis courts, an Olympic-size pool, a fitness center and spa.
