SEATTLE-Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has acquired two hotelproperties for a total price of $62.5 million. Pebblebrookpurchased a 124-room hotel called Hotel Vintage Park Seattle for$32.5 million and a 117-room hotel called Hotel Vintage PlazaPortland for $30.5 million. Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is themanager of both hotels. Kimpton is already the manager ofPebblebrook's five other hotels.
The Skamania Lodge in Stevenson and Hotel Monaco in Seattle arethe other two hotels owned by Pebblebrook in Washington. For thefull story, go to Washington Business Journal .
