ANN ARBOR, MI—The student housing sector just got a little morecrowded. McKinley, a developer and manager ofresidential housing, has officially entered the market with thecreation of its Purpose Built Student Housing platform. The locallybased firm has hired Therese Cochran to lead thenew initiative as director of student housing services.
In making the announcement, Albert Berriz, CEOof McKinley, said the new platform is a “natural enhancement to ourcore apartment business.”
