MIAMI-New Boston Fund has acquired Waterford Centre, a91,000-square-foot office building in the Blue Lagoon Business Parkin Miami. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Waterford Centre, constructed in 1999, is located at 6205 BlueLagoon Drive. An entity functioning as Waterford Centre Inc. wasthe seller. The new owner has plans to upgrade the property.Lincoln Property Co. will handle property management services andBlanca Commercial Real Estate will handle marketing and leasingservices at the building.
