BENSENVILLE, IL-A joint venture led by Cincinnati-based PhillipsEdison-ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc. has purchased BrentwoodCommons, a shopping center measuring 125,550 square feet at 1145 S.York Road in west suburban Bensenville, for $14.9 million. Aventure of Jacksonville, Florida-based shopping center REIT RegencyCenters Corp. was the seller.
The retail center, anchored by a Dominick's grocery store, is99% leased. Regency bought the center in 2005 for $19.9 million.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
