CHICAGO-Hines Interests LP is buying a site at the corner of DesPlaines and Madison streets in the West Loop to build anotheroffice tower. The Houston-based developer has agreed to purchasenearly half of the site, which spans 86,000 square feet, from ajoint venture of Chicago-based Park One Inc. and Des Plaines-basedMR Properties LLC.
