FORT WORTH-SWBC Real Estate LLC, based in Dallas, has acquiredan 18.5-acre parcel within AllianceTexas to develop a Class Aapartment complex. The company purchased the land, situated nearInterstate 35W and State Highway 170 in north Fort Worth, fromHillwood Properties for an undisclosed price.

SWBC Real Estate will build the 318-unit Overlook Ranch on theland. Construction is scheduled to start by the end of this yearand pre-leasing will start in early 2013. For the full story, goto Dallas Business Journal .
