NEW YORK CITY-A vacant parcel at 144 Spring St. is changinghands for approximately $30 million. Ralph Bartel, founder ofTravelzoo, is buying the vacant SoHo plot, situated at thesouthwest edge of Wooster Street, from an entity operated byCentaur Properties.
