NEW YORK CITY-William Macklowe has signed an agreement topurchase 386 Park Ave. South, a 20-story high-rise buildingsituated on the edge of East 27th Street. The real estate mavenagreed to pay between $110 million and $120 million for the260,000-square-foot office building.

Monday Properties and Savanna own the property. Savanna boughtthe majority stake in the building for $44.2 million in 2010. Theproperty is nearly 60% occupied. For the full story, go toCrain's New York Business.
