DENVER-St. Paul, Minnesota-based St. Paul Properties Inc. hassold an office building measuring 131,000 square feet at 6060 S.Willow Drive in Greenwood Village for $16.1 million. The GriffinCapital Corp. bought the building, which houses Travelers IndemnityCo.'s regional office, for its El Segundo, California-based GriffinCapital Net Lease REIT Inc.
