AUSTIN, TX-San Francisco-based JMA Ventures LLC has acquired a55,216-square-foot office property in Southwest Austin from BogleFamily Realty LLP, based in Austin, for an undisclosed amount. Theoffice building, Vista Ridge II, is located at 916 S. Capital ofTexas Highway.
According to CBRE Group Inc., the office building is leased to atechnology firm. Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours from the PrivateCapital Group at CBRE brokered this deal for the seller. For thefull story, go to Austin Business Journal .
