ANAHEIM, CA-Kennedy Wilson has picked up Stadium Gateway, aClass A office building measuring 273,000 square feet in Anaheim,for $56 million. The company purchased the property from jointventure partners Beacon Capital Partners LLC and MPG Office TrustInc. at a significant discount.
