MANNHEIM, GERMANY-Union Investment has bought the Europa-Galerieretail center in Saarbrucken on behalf of its fund UniInstitutionalEuropean Real Estate. Credit Suisse Asset Management ImmobilienKapitalanlagegesellschaft was the seller.
The shopping center, built in 1991 and renovated in 2010, offers269,097 square feet of retail space. The Europa-Galerie is leasedto majore tenants, including REWE, H&M and Saturn. Latham &Watkins advised Union Investment on the transaction. For thefull story, go to Europe Real Estate .
