AUSTIN, TX-The Lighthouse Group, based out of California, haspurchased a 300-unit vintage property at 2005 Willow Creed Drive inAustin. The company will upgrade the garden-style apartmentcomplex, called the Bluffs at Town Lake. This is the thirdapartment purchase for The Lighthouse Group in the Austin area.

Atlanta-based ARA brokered the deal on behalf of The LighthouseGroup. Post Investment Group, the seller, was represented by AndrewShih of ARA. The multifamily property was 92% occupied at closing.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
