DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-YOUNIQ AG is expanding its student housingbusiness section with the purchase of its first project in thestate of North Rhine-Westphalia. The company will build 292 studentapartments in Dusseldorf's Witzelstrasse from the beginning of2013.
