DENVER-Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. has closed thesale of 1660 Wynkoop St. in Denver's LoDo. Boston-based AEW CapitalManagement has paid $26.6 million to Foster City, California-basedLegacy Partners for the 65,715-square-foot office building.
