CHICAGO-A venture headed by Frankfort-based Crown CommercialReal Estate & Development Inc. has bought an old officeproperty on North Michigan Avenue near Millennium Park with plansto convert it into a hotel. The venture paid $7.25 million to aKimco Realty Corp. affiliate for the 76,000-square-foot building at168 N. Michigan Ave.
