HALLANDALE BEACH, FL-A group of banks have sold the$127.4-million mortgage on the Village at Gulfstream Park, a480,000-square-foot complex in Hallandale Beach, to a Canadiancompany. KeyBank, Bank of America and BMO Harris Financing co-ownedthe loan.

The mortgage, which was issued in 2007, covers the shopping malland entertainment destination. The banks sold the loan to TSGDevelopments US Financing.
