BERLIN-Deka Immobilien has acquired Berlins Grosse Freiheit, atransparent office building at Stralauer Allee 4, from HOCHTIEFProjektentwicklung. The office building, which comprisesapproximately 102,257 square feet of space, is part of theMediaspree area in Berlin.
The seven-story building will have parking spaces for about 70bicycles and nearly 140 cars. Berlins Grosse Freiheit is designedto meet LEED Gold standard. It is fully leased and it will be readyfor occupancy in early 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
