CINCINNATI-Phillips Edison & Co. is spending more $100million to complete the development of Kenwood Towne Place, one ofthe largest mixed-use projects in Greater Cincinnati. An affiliateof Phillips Edison has agreed to purchase the 500,000-square-footproject adjacent to Kenwood Towne Centre.
