ORLANDO-Advenir, a multi-family real estate investment andmanagement company, has paid $27.1 million to purchase Polos Eastat Waterford, a 308-unit multifamily complex in Orlando. Thecomplex is now renamed to Advenir at Polos East and its currentoccupancy rate is 94% with average monthly rent ranging between$750 and $1,100. The seller was a national-based REIT.
In the transaction, Apartment Realty Advisors' Matt Wilcox,Patrick Dufour and Kevin Judd brokered for the seller, while thebuyer represented itself. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
