WASHINGTON, DC-Potomac Development Corp., a commercial realestate development company based in Washington, DC, has sold 9002nd St. NE for $30.5 million. The four-story building, formerlycalled the Railway Express Building, comprises 115,394 square feetof office space and is located at the junction of the H StreetCorridor and the NoMa submarket.

The buyer was not revealed. The building was constructed in 1908and renovated in 1989. Amtrak is the largest tenant. Cassidy Turleynegotiated the deal for the seller. For the full story, go toWashington Business Journal .
