The joint venture equity and debt financing totaled $46.15million, which included the assumption of an existingFreddie Mac fixed loan with seven years remainingat 52.3% LTV.
Mark McGovern and ScottPeterson of CBRE’s San Diego office originated and closedthe joint venture between Cigna Realty Investorsand Pacific Urban Residential. The property wassold by a private Northern California based investment firm in anoff-market transaction.
