SANTA FE, NM-A subsidiary of General Electric Capital Corp., thelender, has purchased Sanbusco Market Center at auction this week.Joseph Schepps, who held the ownership of the shopping center for28 years, said that GE acquired the property for the rate of the$8.8-million loan.

The project is situated at 500 Montezuma Ave. in downtown SantaFe. It contains a mix of retailers and artisans. The shoppingcenter was foreclosed on by GE Capital in late May. For the fullstory, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
