CINCINNATI-Rough Brothers Inc., a greenhouse design andmanufacturing company, is moving into Bond Hill and will bring 120jobs to Cincinnati. The firm has agreed to buy a 20.5-acre vacantlot at the southwest corner of Regina Graeter Way and Paddock Roadfor $1.3 million from the city.
