IRVING, TX-A limited partnership has bought Tanner Place, anapartment community consisting of 130 units at 3327 Willow CreekDrive in Irving. HDC Agave Hill Country Equities LP acquired thecommunity out of foreclosure. The details of the deal were notdisclosed.
The property, situated near North Belt Line Road and StateHighway 183, comprises eight garden-style buildings. Mark Freeman,Philip Wiegand and Taylor Snoddy of Transwestern represented theseller, a special servicer, in the deal. For the full story, goto Dallas Business Journal .
