CLEVELAND-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that a foreclosedcondominium tower in Cleveland has changed hands for $6.8 million.The Avenue District condo tower is located at the junction of St.Clair Avenue and East 12th Street.

Sales of condos stopped in 2010 after foreclosure proceedingsstarted. The newspaper reported that the 10-story tower has nearly56 empty units and that the new owners are planning to rent thecondos for approximately $1,200 per month. For the full story,go to Columbus Business First .
