MIAMI—Richard Bamonte and JanetteDriggers are the newest members of theCBRE family. Bamonte joins the Miami office asfirst vice president while Driggers takes on a senior associaterole. Both will focus on landlord representation in the SouthFlorida market.

“Part of our strategic plan was to grow our institutional agencyownership representation services, specifically in Miami,”Ken Krasnow, managing director for CBRE’s SouthFlorida offices, tells GlobeSt.com. “Rich and Janette are very wellentrenched in Miami and in the Airport Westsubmarket. That’s a submarket where we want to have asignificant presence in Miami-Dade.”

Driggers comes to CBRE from Cushman &Wakefield’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Servicesgroup. Her expertise includes commercial market analysis,accounting, and property management. She has represented landlordsin more than 320 transactions with national and local tenantstotaling more than 1.1 million square feet.
