LONDON-Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited has reached acontract to purchase the freehold stake in 7-21 Wilson Street,38,000-square-foot office building in the City of London. Thecompany is acquiring the freehold interest from a privateinvestment company for GBP 15.7 million.
