NEW YORK CITY-Laurence Gluck and Stellar Management have sold anapartment building in the Bronx for $14 million. The residentiallandlord and his company have sold Stevenson Towers, a six-storybuilding at 831 Bartholdi St., to a private investor.

The 128,000-square-foot multifamily property comprises 80market-rate units and 42 affordable housing units. It was sold for$114,750 per unit.
