ATLANTA-A portion of a city block in Midtown Atlanta will beconverted into a mixed-use development. A joint venture betweenFaison Enterprises and Sereo Group Inc. recently purchased the2.5-acre tract for $6.5 million from Thirty Third LatitudeProperties.

The developers submitted their plans for a mixed-use project tothe Midtown Development Review Committee. The project, known as 131Ponce de Leon Ave., will comprise 321 apartments as well as 8,600square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
