BIRMINGHAM, UK-KSL Capital Partners and its subsidiary haveacquired The Belfry resort situated near Birmingham in the WestMidlands. The resort, situated on 133 acres, contains 324 rooms,with conferencing and meeting facilities and three 18-hole golfcourses.
